Job summary

UNIQLO is seeking a Loss Prevention Manager to lead LP programs and staff across NJ/NY locations, including Jersey Gardens, Menlo Park, Newport Centre, and Staten Island. The role focuses on reducing loss from theft and fraud and requires commuting to multiple sites as needed.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of retail LP management experience, strong interview and investigative skills, and deep knowledge of CCTV, RFID, EAS, and inventory controls.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• 3-5 years of retail Loss Prevention management experience.
• Excellent communication, verbal and written, skills.
• Ability to travel to stores within assigned area.
• Proficiency in investigations and integrity interviews.

Responsibilities

• Hire, manage, and train Loss Prevention staff for each location.
• Develop and audit shortage action plans to reduce operational loss.
• Manage LP equipment (CCTV, access control, EAS, alarms) and network/IP configurations.
• Lead internal and external investigations; secure evidence and prepare statements.
• Enforce LP policies and conduct training across store operations.
• Build relationships with law enforcement and other stakeholders.
• Understand RFID, stock management, and warehouse security controls.
• Visit warehouses to assess security and coordinate with vendors.
