Job summary

Eventus WholeHealth seeks a Regional Long Term Care Sales Support Specialist to assist the Regional Long-Term Care Account Executive in sales activities across assigned facilities. You will lead implementation, liaise with facility staff and internal teams, and ensure satisfaction with the Better Together program.

You will conduct reviews, monitor performance metrics, and help expand services within post-acute facilities while maintaining compliance and timely communications.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in an Account Manager/Customer Service role.
• 5 years of experience in the Post Acute Healthcare industry.
• Extensive experience in the post-acute care market with facility administration exposure.
• Strong organizational, written and verbal communication skills with multitasking ability.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in handling data and documents.
• Proven ability to collaborate with clinical and non-clinical personnel.
• Track record of account retention and revenue growth.
• Willingness to travel with about 25% overnight travel.
• Proficiency in Windows 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Salesforce.com or similar CRM.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation for new facilities from business development handoff to go-live.
• Be primary contact for assigned facilities, executing the Better Together program.
• Liaise between facilities and Eventus WholeHealth teams for service delivery.
• Conduct quarterly in-person and monthly reviews, report on metrics.
• Monitor engagement and resolve issues using established protocols.
• Inform leadership of changes in facility administration or ownership.
• Fulfill additional duties as assigned.
• Assist in sales strategies and market research with the Regional Account Executive.
• Develop relationships with Acute Healthcare facilities and other organizations.
• Prepare sales reports, materials, and presentations.
• Participate in industry/trade events as required.
• Maintain CRM/databases and ensure data accuracy.
