You will partner with the Regional Director to execute strategies that optimize costs, compliance, and customer satisfaction. You will manage跨-functional teams, oversee performance metrics, and lead continuous improvement initiatives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
• 7+ years in logistics/operations management.
• 3+ years in a senior leadership role.
• Knowledge of freight forwarding operations and industry best practices.
• P&L management and performance tracking.
• Experience with warehouse operations and TSA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Set regional goals aligned with the company plan.
• Lead profitability initiatives and cost control efforts.
• Ensure compliance with policies, laws, and guidelines.
• Vet linehaul providers and optimize service levels.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline operations.
