Job summary

NEFCO is seeking a Regional Logistics Manager to lead operational leadership across multiple branches and fulfillment centers in the United States. You will translate network strategy into site-level execution, build capable site leaders, and drive consistency across locations with strong safety, service, and productivity standards.

You will establish KPIs, guide staffing, and partner with HR, procurement, and IT to support growth, transitions, and major logistics initiatives, ensuring

Qualifications

Experience leading multi-site distribution, warehouse, or fulfillment operations.
Strong knowledge of receiving, inventory control, replenishment, picking, packing, shipping, and labor management.
Ability to use operational data and KPIs to drive actions.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in related field preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide direct leadership and oversight to regional Logistics Managers and site leaders.
Set priorities, operating rhythms, and governance across the region.
Monitor safety, service, productivity, and inventory KPIs with corrective actions.
Develop successors and scale staffing based on volume and complexity.
Collaborate with HR, IT/ERP, Finance, and other functions on regional initiatives.
