NEFCO Construction Supply LLC is seeking a Regional Logistics Manager to lead logistics across multiple branches and fulfillment centers. You will translate network strategy into site execution, develop local leaders, and drive continuous improvement in safety, service, inventory accuracy, and labor management.

The role emphasizes building capable site leaders, maintaining standard processes, and ensuring consistent performance across locations while supporting growth and major logistics

Formación

• Demonstrated experience leading multi-site distribution, warehouse, fulfillment, or logistics operations.
• Strong knowledge of receiving, inventory control, warehousing, replenishment, picking, packing, shipping, and labor management.
• Experience leading and developing managers and supervisors.
• Ability to use operational data and KPIs to identify issues, set priorities, and drive action.
• Strong communication, organization, problem-solving, and cross-functional leadership skills.
• Comfort operating in a growing environment where processes, systems, and organizational structures mature.
• Ability and willingness to travel regularly within the assigned region.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct leadership and oversight to regional Logistics Managers and other regional leaders.
• Establish clear priorities, expectations, and operating rhythms across the region.
• Ensure sites have appropriate daily, weekly, and monthly management routines.
• Visit locations regularly to assess execution, leadership effectiveness, and safety.
• Escalate material operational risks and provide recovery plans when performance is off track.
• Own regional performance review across safety, service, productivity, quality, inventory, labor, and execution metrics.
• Use standardized scorecards to compare sites to targets and commitments.
• Partner with HR on hiring, performance management, and organizational changes.
