Job summary

Fellers, LLC is seeking a Regional Operations Manager to lead the Customer Fulfillment Process for a network of 10 to 12 ecommerce facilities and a team of 20 to 35 associates. The role requires travel within the region and a focus on reducing waste, standardizing tools, and meeting internal/external requirements.

You will monitor quality, drive operational excellence, and oversee training and development across facilities to ensure safety, efficiency, and KPI achievement.

Qualifications

• 10 years’ experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
• 4-5 years of experience managing associates remotely
• Strong facilitation, communication, organizational, analytical, and mathematical skills
• Experience rolling out new systems and processes
• Proficient with MS Office Suite

Responsibilities

• Proactively monitor and facilitate high levels of quality and process consistency
• Develop and grow a culture of operational excellence and safety
• Manage and develop a high performing team with accountability
• Maintain communication with managers, staff, and vendors within the region
• Ensure facilities meet receiving/put-away, inventory counts and KPI timelines
• Set standards for scheduling, attendance, and performance across facilities
• Travel to all locations regularly to ensure excellence in operations
