Job summary

PERI USA is seeking a Regional Logistics Manager to oversee and optimize logistics operations across multiple locations with LEAN initiatives. Lead, coach and mentor regional teams to maintain a Safety-First culture and high performance.

You will analyze KPIs, drive continuous improvement, manage inventory and collaborate with Finance, Sales and Safety teams to align logistics with business goals. Strong leadership and planning are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing complex logistics operations.
• Ability to lead and coach regional logistics teams.
• Strong analytical and budgeting capabilities.
• Proven track record with LEAN tools and safety-first culture.
• Experience in inventory management and annual cycle counts.

Responsibilities

• Set expectations and goals for regional logistics managers and teams.
• Analyze KPIs and implement corrective actions using LEAN tools.
• Maintain safety-first culture and efficient resource use.
• Oversee regional inventory, cycle counts, and deadlines.
• Collaborate with Finance, Sales, Customer Service and Safety teams.
• Oversee maintenance for regional yards and forecast hiring needs.
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for logistics.
