Job summary

PERI GmbH Formwork Scaffolding Engineering in the United States seeks a Regional Logistics Manager to oversee multi-site logistics operations with a safety-first culture. You will lead and coach logistics teams, analyze KPIs, coordinate inventory, and drive LEAN improvements across regional yards while partnering with Finance, Sales, Customer Service and Safety to meet business goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Experience managing complex logistics operations in construction or machinery rental sectors.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software quickly.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and set clear performance goals for Logistics managers and yard teams.
• Analyze KPIs and report performance; implement LEAN improvements across regional yards.
• Ensure safety-first culture and efficient resource utilization.
• Oversee annual regional inventory and cycle counts, ensuring accuracy.
• Collaborate with Finance, Sales, Customer Service and Safety to align logistics with business needs.
• Forecast hiring needs and recruit regional Logistics teams; develop SOPs for the unit.
• Develop and maintain regional and national Logistics policies and procedures.
