Job summary

PERI Formwork Systems, Inc. in Groveland, FL is seeking a Regional Logistics Manager to oversee and optimize logistics across multiple locations. You will lead, coach and mentor regional teams to achieve high performance while applying LEAN initiatives and maintaining a safety-first culture.

The role includes KPI analysis, inventory oversight, cross-functional collaboration, and strategic logistics planning to meet business objectives and customer needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Proven track record in managing complex logistics operations.
• Experience leading logistics teams and driving LEAN initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and support consistent with PERI’s leadership principles, setting clear expectations and goals for Logistics teams.
• Analyze and report on daily, monthly and annual KPIs; implement corrective actions using LEAN tools.
• Ensure safety-first culture while efficiently utilizing resources across regional yards.
• Oversee annual regional inventory and cycle counts with accuracy and deadlines.
• Collaborate with Finance, Sales, Customer Service and Safety to align logistics with business objectives.
• Oversee maintenance for machinery and facilities in regional yards.
• Forecast hiring needs and build strong regional Logistics teams.
