Job summary

PERI USA is seeking a Regional Logistics Manager to oversee logistics across multiple regional yards and to lead LEAN-driven improvements while mentoring logistics teams and upholding a safety-first culture.

You will analyze KPIs, manage inventory and cycle counts, collaborate with Finance, Sales and Safety, and forecast hiring needs to build a strong regional team capable of delivering efficient, compliant operations.

Qualifications

• Experience leading logistics across multiple sites with LEAN initiatives.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, inventories and vendor relations.
• Strong communication and leadership skills with a safety-first mindset.
• Experience forecasting hiring and building effective teams.
• Spanish language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and set expectations for regional logistics teams.
• Analyze KPIs and implement corrective actions using LEAN tools.
• Maintain safety-first culture and efficient resource utilization.
• Oversee annual regional inventory and cycle counts.
• Collaborate with Finance, Sales, Customer Service and Safety.
• Oversee maintenance for regional yards and equipment.
• Forecast hiring needs and recruit regional logistics staff.
• Develop and maintain standard operating processes for logistics.
• Offer insights on regional and national logistics strategies.
• Monitor KPIs to identify improvements and drive action plans.
