The role requires strategic leadership, budgeting, and cross-functional collaboration with Finance, Sales, and Safety to ensure efficient operations and cost control.

• Strong ability to analyze KPIs and drive improvements.
• Experience managing inventory, procurement, and safety initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and set expectations for Logistics managers and teams.
• Analyze and report KPIs; implement corrective actions using LEAN tools.
• Ensure safety-first culture and efficient resource use across regions.
• Oversee regional inventory and cycle counts with deadlines.
• Collaborate with Finance, Sales, Customer Service and Safety teams.
• Oversee maintenance for regional yards and machinery.
• Forecast hiring needs for regional Logistics teams.
• Develop and maintain standard operating processes for Logistics.
• Recommend regional and national logistics strategies and policy compliance.
• Monitor KPIs and take corrective actions to improve operations.
