Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a management role.
• Superior interpersonal skills and high emotional intelligence.
• Ability to travel between branches up to 50%.
• High energy, flexible, and able to perform in a fast-paced, diverse environment.
• Capable of remaining calm under pressure and supporting the team.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational efforts across logistics, customer service, contracts, billing, and project coordination.
• Understand and manage a P&L.
• Collaborate with Sales, Project Management and Production on client support.
• Develop relationships with key customers and resolve disputes.
• Negotiate contracts and implement best practices for branches.
• Mentor and train operations staff and drive continuous improvement.
• Drive data-driven decisions with regional vendors and AI tools.
