Job summary

PERI USA is seeking a Regional Logistics Manager to lead logistics operations across multiple sites from Fontana, CA. You will drive LEAN initiatives, optimize transportation, inventory management and warehousing while coaching teams to peak performance.

You will oversee KPI reporting, safety-first culture, and collaborate with Finance, Sales, Customer Service and Safety to align activities with business goals. Strong leadership and planning are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in logistics, operations management, or related field preferred.
• Proven track record leading regional logistics operations with LEAN improvements.
• Spanish language skills considered a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and support for Logistics managers, yard and materials teams.
• Analyze KPIs and report performance; implement corrective actions using LEAN tools.
• Ensure safe, efficient utilization of resources and strong safety-first culture.
• Oversee annual regional inventory and cycle counts; ensure accuracy and deadlines.
• Collaborate with Finance, Sales, Customer Service and Safety to align logistics with business goals.
• Oversee maintenance for machinery and facilities at regional yards.
• Forecast hiring needs and recruit regional Logistics teams.
• Develop and maintain standard operating processes for Logistics operations.
• Provide recommendations for regional and national Logistics policies and procedures.
• Monitor KPIs to identify improvements and drive corrective actions.
