Job summary

Ferguson Enterprises is seeking a Regional Logistics Manager to optimize distribution across multiple locations in the Plains Region. You will lead warehousing strategy, safety and compliance, and collaboration with procurement and DCs to ensure product availability.

Qualified candidates will have 8+ years in leadership within big-box environments, strong WMS/TMS experience, and a proven data-driven, lean improvement approach.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent in supply chain, engineering, or related field.
• MBA or advanced degree preferred but not required.
• 8+ years leading in big-box manufacturing, production, or distribution.
• Strong e-commerce fulfillment experience (D2C).
• Proficient with automated WMS and TMS systems.
• Excellent communication across management levels.
• Data-driven with lean/process-improvement track record.

Responsibilities

• Develop warehousing strategy for the region to support materials management.
• Ensure warehousing services are safe, reliable, and compliant.
• Reduce operational risk by following contracts and executing plans.
• Collaborate with procurement, suppliers, and DCs for product availability.
• Set up and monitor metrics to measure warehousing performance.
• Track freight performance and vendor compliance.
• Lead space planning and facility optimization projects.
• Develop warehouse leadership across the region.
