Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
• 5+ years of leadership experience in a Distribution Center, Fulfillment Center, or large-scale warehouse.
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory control, labor planning, and performance management.
• Experience utilizing Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), labor management tools, and operational reporting platforms.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with the ability to use data to inform decisions.
• Effective communication and relationship-building skills.
• Working knowledge of OSHA regulations and workplace safety standards.
• Proficiency with Microsoft365 applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead DC operations including receiving, putaway, replenishment, inventory management, order fulfillment, shipping, and returns.
• Ensure operational execution consistently meets customer service, quality, productivity, and cost objectives.
• Drive consistent performance through standard work, process focus, and performance management.
• Monitor workflow, labor utilization, and facility performance to improve efficiency.
• Develop staffing and capacity plans aligned with forecasted business demands.
• Maintain an organized, efficient, and audit-ready operation.
• Lead, coach, and develop Department Managers and frontline leaders.
• Create a culture centered on accountability, engagement, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
• Establish clear expectations and provide ongoing coaching, development, and performance feedback.
• Support hiring, talent development, succession planning, and workforce planning initiatives.
• Promote effective communication and collaboration across all levels of the organization.
• Foster a safety-first culture and ensure OSHA compliance and safety standards.
• Conduct operational reviews, inspections, and observations to identify risk and drive corrective actions.
• Lead incident investigations and root cause analysis to drive sustainable improvements.
• Drive continuous improvement via benchmarks, KPIs, and data-driven initiatives.
• Promote a culture of innovation and process optimization across the network.
