Ipsen Biopharmaceuticals Inc. is seeking a Regional Business Director, Liver, Northeast to lead the Rare Disease field force across MA, CT, RI, VT, NH, ME and NYC.

The role drives regional plans for PFIC, ALGS and PBC, implementing national sales strategies with cross-functional partners to accelerate product performance. You will build a high-performing team of Clinical Science Specialists, establish key customer and thought-leader relationships, and ensure compliant payer strategies while

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required; advanced degree a plus
• 10 years of sales/marketing experience in biopharma
• 5+ years of sales leadership in rare disease
• Extensive knowledge of US payer landscape and factors driving access
• Demonstrated leadership with a track record of delivering results

Responsibilities

• Lead the Northeast Rare Disease sales force (team of 8 CSS) and drive performance
• Assess current practices in each target account and build compliant relationships
• Collaborate with Medical, Patient Support Services, Value & Access for referral pathways
• Develop short- and long-term regional business plans to serve HCPs and patients
• Ensure alignment of field activities with strategic initiatives and incentives
• Coach CSSs to improve disease state knowledge and reimbursement skills
• Partner with Value & Access and Patient Support to drive brand access
• Communicate market intelligence to brand teams and senior management
