Job summary

Ipsen Biopharmaceuticals Inc. in Providence RI seeks a Senior Clinical Science Specialist to lead complex accounts in Rare Disease / Liver. You will apply clinical expertise and strategic insights across RI and eastern CT, engaging physicians, hospitals and payers to optimize outcomes.

The role requires eight years in life sciences, five in rare or specialty areas, and three years in specialty biopharma sales. BA/BS required; GI/Hepatology experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Eight years life-sciences experience, including at least five years in rare or specialty areas.
• At least three years in specialty biopharma sales.
• Ideal candidates have GI and/or Hepatology experience.

Responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed objectives for assigned brands (sales, share, KPIs).
• Navigate complex multi-stakeholder networks including hospitals and healthcare communities.
• Manage geography and accounts with physician/account prioritization and reporting.
• Develop professional relationships guided by patients' best interests and Ipsen policies.
• Engage in in-depth conversations with physicians based on approved resources/messages.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer needs with urgency.
• Review market data to support strategic planning.
