Ipsen Biopharmaceuticals Inc. in the U.S. Northeast is seeking a Regional Business Director, Liver, Northeast to lead the Rare Disease field force across MA, CT, RI, VT, NH, ME, and NYC.

You will develop and execute a thorough regional plan to accelerate Bylvay and IQVIRO performance in PFIC, ALGS, and PBC, aligning with national strategies. The role requires building a high-performing team of eight CSS, partnering with Medical, Patient Support Services, Value & Access, and Thought Leaders to

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required; advanced degree a plus.
• 10 years biopharma sales/marketing with at least 5 years in sales leadership of rare disease products.
• Extensive knowledge of US payer landscape and access drivers.
• Proven leadership and track record of delivering results in regional teams.
• Experience with product launches in Rare Disease is a plus.
• Familiar with trade, reimbursement programs, and managed care.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Located within the defined Northeast region.

Responsibilities

• Lead Northeast Rare Disease sales force activities, including recruiting, hiring, training, and performance evaluation of eight CSS direct reports.
• Assess current business practices in target accounts and build key partnering relationships.
• Collaborate with Medical, Patient Support Services, and Value & Access to map referral pathways.
• Develop short- and long-term regional plans to drive HCP and patient access and growth.
• Align field activities with strategic initiatives and national programs.
• Deploy approved promotional peer-to-peer programs and coach CSSs on product knowledge and reimbursement skills.
• Partner with Value & Access and Patient Support Services to optimize payer access and support Rx.
• Leverage data analytics with Business Operations to inform the field and drive performance.
