Job summary

Ipsen is hiring a Regional Business Director, Liver, Northeast to lead the Rare Disease commercial field force across MA, CT, RI, VT, NH, ME, and NYC. You will develop regional business plans to accelerate Bylvay and IQVIRO performance, align with national strategies, and coach a team of 8 Clinical Science Specialists to deliver high-impact opportunities.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required; advanced degree a plus.
• 10 years of sales/marketing experience in biopharma.
• Minimum 5 years in sales leadership of rare disease products.
• Extensive knowledge of US payer landscape and access drivers.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Experience with payer or integrated health systems and key accounts.

Responsibilities

• Lead Northeast Rare Disease field force (8 CSS reports).
• Develop and implement regional business plans for Bylvay and IQVIRO.
• Synchronize field activities with cross-functional programs.
• Coach and develop the CSS team to improve sales competencies.
