Job summary

Walmart is seeking a Licensed Manager/Plumbing in Facilities Maintenance Operations to oversee predictive and preventative maintenance of facilities within a regional area. You will lead a team of technicians, ensuring buildings operate safely, efficiently, and sustainably for associates and customers.

Qualifications

• General Facilities Services / Overall Building Maintenance Experience – 3-5 years would be optimal.
• EPA Universal Certification
• PMP Certification
• Lean Six Sigma

Responsibilities

• Travel within the region of ~50% or more; maintain Mechanical Contractor Licenses in the employment state.
• Collaborate with Store Managers and Facility Services Leadership on facility needs.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors as needed.
• Provide reporting and analytics on facilities operations.
• Maintain up-to-date contractor licenses to stay in good standing with authorities.
• Participate in training to stay current with regulatory requirements and inspection schedules.
• Obtain and schedule all required permits and inspections as per codes.
