Job summary

Walmart is seeking a Licensed Manager/Plumbing in Facilities Maintenance Operations to oversee preventive and predictive maintenance across a regional area. You will lead a team of technicians, work with store managers and leadership, and ensure facilities run efficiently and safely.

You will manage licenses, permits, and inspections, while traveling about half of the time to support sites and performance analytics. Eligible for bonuses and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in general facilities services or building maintenance.
• Electrical, plumbing, and/or mechanical experience.
• Proven leadership with ability to motivate and develop others.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Problem solving with root-cause analysis.
• Customer service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee regional preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
• Lead technicians and coordinate with store managers and leadership.
• Ensure compliance with codes and permits; manage licenses.
• Reporting and analytics on facility services performance.
• Partner with vendors and contractors as needed.
• Travel approximately 50% within the region.
