Qualifications

• 3–5 years in general facilities services/building maintenance.
• Electrical, plumbing and mechanical experience required.
• Proven leadership and team development abilities.

Responsibilities

• Travel 50%+ within the region and maintain state licenses.
• Collaborate with Store Managers and Facility Services leadership.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors as needed.
• Produce reporting and analytics on facilities programs.
• Keep contractor licenses current and schedule inspections.
• Participate in training to meet regulatory and quality standards.
