Walmart seeks a Licensed Manager/HVAC in Facilities Maintenance Operations to lead a regional team of technicians, ensuring safe, efficient, and sustainable building operations for associates and customers. The role involves significant travel, license maintenance, and collaboration with store leadership and external vendors.

Compensation includes a $5,000 sign-on bonus, salary range of $90,000–$180,000, with eligible bonus incentives.

Formación

• 3–5 years of general facilities services/building maintenance experience.
• EPA Universal Certification required.
• PMP Certification preferred.
• Lean Six Sigma beneficial.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Travel region ~50%+ and maintain contractor licenses.
• Work with Store Managers and Facility Services Leadership on needs.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors as needed.
• Provide reporting and analytics.
• Keep contractor licenses up to date and compliant.
• Participate in training, site inspections, and regulatory compliance.
• Obtain permits and schedule inspections as required.
