Job summary

Walmart seeks a dynamic Licensed Manager/HVAC in Facilities Maintenance Operations to lead a regional team of technicians. You’ll oversee predictive and preventative maintenance to keep facilities efficient, safe, and comfortable for associates and customers, with significant Travel within the region.

The role includes a sign-on bonus, competitive compensation ($90,000–$180,000/year), eligible bonuses, retirement plans, and vastly comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of general facilities services or building maintenance experience.
• Electrical, plumbing, and/or mechanical experience.
• Strong leadership, motivation, and people development skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

• Travel region ~50% to oversee facilities services needs.
• Maintain up-to-date Mechanical Contractor Licenses in the state of employment.
• Collaborate with Store Managers and Facility Services Leadership on facility needs.
• Perform reporting and analytics to monitor performance and compliance.
• Obtain and schedule permits and inspections as required by codes.
