Job summary

Walmart in Wisconsin seeks a Licensed Manager/Electrical in Facilities Maintenance Operations to oversee preventive and predictive maintenance across our facilities within a broad region. You will lead a team of technicians, ensuring safe, efficient operations and a high standard of facility services.

Travel about half the time, maintain licenses, collaborate with store leadership, and drive continuous improvements.

Qualifications

• Licensed electrical/maintenance professional with relevant certifications.
• EPA Universal Certification preferred.
• Lean Six Sigma or PMP certification adds value.

Responsibilities

• Travel 50% or more within the region to oversee facilities maintenance.
• Collaborate with Store Managers and Facility Services Leadership on service needs.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors when required.
• Prepare and present reporting and analytics on maintenance activities.
• Maintain up-to-date contractor licenses in the state of employment.
• Schedule inspections and obtain permits as required by codes.
