Job summary

Walmart is seeking a Licensed Manager/Electrical in Facilities Maintenance Operations to oversee predictive and preventative maintenance for facilities in a regional area. Lead a team of technicians, ensure safe, efficient operations, and collaborate with store managers and vendors to meet facility needs.

Essential duties include maintaining licenses, conducting site inspections, and ensuring compliance with regulations.

Qualifications

• General Facilities Services / Building Maintenance experience is required or preferred.
• Electrical, plumbing, and/or mechanical experience is needed.
• Leadership skills to lead and develop others are essential.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities are required.
• Problem solving skills including root-cause analysis are important.

Responsibilities

• Travel 50% within the region to oversee facilities maintenance.
• Collaborate with Store Managers and Facility Services Leadership to address needs.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors as required.
• Produce reporting and analytics on facilities operations.
• Maintain up-to-date licenses and permits for compliance.
• Participate in trainings to stay current with regulatory requirements.
