Job summary

Walmart in Fargo, ND is seeking a Licensed Facilities Maintenance Manager to oversee predictive and preventive maintenance across regional stores. You will lead a team of technicians, collaborating with store managers, Facility Services Leadership, and vendors to keep facilities safe, compliant, and efficient.

The role requires 3–5 years in facilities or related fields, EPA/PMP/Lean Six Sigma credentials, and strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field and 3 years' experience in facilities management, construction management, mechanical maintenance, engineering, or related area.
• Or 5 years' experience in facilities management, construction management, mechanical maintenance, engineering, or related area.

Responsibilities

• Oversee predictive and preventative maintenance of Walmart facilities within a regional area.
• Lead a team of technicians; ensure safety and reliability of buildings.
• Travel ~50% within the region; work with Store Managers and Facility Services Leadership.
• Coordinate with vendors/contractors; ensure compliance and quality.
• Maintain up-to-date contractor licenses; conduct site inspections; document inspections and reports.
