Job summary

Jobvite, Inc. is seeking a Leasing Manager to supervise a team of leasing consultants across the St. Louis portfolio. You will guide tours, phone calls, lead management, and all communications with prospective residents, while ensuring sales goals are met.

You will also handle hiring, scheduling, and day-to-day office operations, including processing applications and approving leases. A strong customer-service mindset and attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of related training or experience, or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; prior Yardi and EliseAI experience preferred.
• Excellent listening, verbal and written communication skills.
• Superior attention to detail, organizational and follow-up abilities.
• Ability to multi-task and adapt to changing priorities; deadline-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Provide direction and leadership to the sales department staff (4+ employees) across the St. Louis, MO portfolio.
• Train leasing consultants for tours, calls, lead management, and procedures.
• Develop monthly sales goals with the team and track progress weekly.
• Review performance and recognize improvements or achievements.
• Assist in hiring; manage office opening/closing and timesheet approval.
• Handle leasing duties including tours, calls, applications, and lease execution.
• Conduct regular inspections of model and vacant units and prepare work orders.
