We are looking for a Roving Leasing Consultant for our Willowbend community as well as communities across the St. Louis Region. As the Roving Leasing Consultant, you are responsible for leasing and marketing the apartment communities and maintaining positive resident relations. Only candidates with sales and/or leasing experience will be considered.
Schedule: Monday - Saturday availability; working 5 days and days of the week may vary during business hours. Part-Time stationed at Willowbend and Part-Time floating throughout the St. Louis Region.
Location: Communities are located across the St. Louis Region ( Lake St. Louis, St. Peters, Hazelwood, Chesterfield, Florissant, Wentzville, Valley Park, MO, and O'Fallon, IL). *Mileage reimbursement for travel to and from any property other than Willowbend located in Town & Country, MO.

The job is periodically sedentary, but requires mobility (i.e. climbing stairs or squatting) to tour and inspect apartments/communities. Involves sitting, walking, or standing for prolonged periods of time and stooping for brief periods of time. There is some repetitive motion of the hands and wrists associated with using a computer.
