Job summary

Stantec is seeking a Regional Sector Leader for Water Supply & Watershed Management to guide multi-disciplinary teams across the US North region, including Midwest to New England and Virginia. You will drive growth, lead technical excellence, and collaborate with clients and staff to deliver complex water resources projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in water resources engineering, civil/environmental engineering, hydrology, hydrogeology, or a related field.
• 15 or more years of directly relevant experience.
• Professional certification/registration (PE, PH, PG, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop multi-disciplinary teams delivering water resources planning projects across the US North region.
• Coordinate with regional leaders to grow technical capabilities and differentiate Stantec’s water services.
• Engage with clients, industry associations, and key stakeholders to advance pursuits and projects.
• Ensure health, safety, and environmental commitments are integrated into delivery and outcomes.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in water resources engineering / civil/environmental engineering / hydrology / hydrogeology

Advanced degree preferred

Professional certification/registration (PE/PH/PG, etc.)
