Job summary

Stantec is seeking a Regional Sector Leader for Water Supply & Watershed Management in the US North region. You will lead a team of water professionals, drive strategy, and engage with key clients to deliver complex water resources projects across the region.

You will shape technical differentiators, participate in conferences, and collaborate with local teams to win and deliver projects while traveling as needed across North America.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in water resources engineering or related field required; advanced degree preferred.
• Professional certification/registration (PE, PH, PG, or similar) preferred.
• 15+ years of directly relevant experience in water resources/water supply management.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to internal water supply and watershed management practitioners.
• Represent the firm through industry associations and client interactions.
• Identify and pursue strategic pursuits with cross-functional teams.
• Lead multi-disciplinary teams on water resources planning and delivery.
• Collaborate with sector leaders and growth teams to align capabilities with opportunities.
