Qualifications

• Seven (7) years of related experience with at least five (5) years in cross-functional commercial roles.
• Direct people management / leadership experience.
• Ability to lead, develop, coach, and engage high performing, diverse teams.
• Demonstrated commercial capabilities and success in prior commercial roles.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team to maximize sales opportunities and allocate resources effectively.
• Develop and execute an aligned business plan aligned with brand strategies.
• Collaborate with Sales Leadership, Marketing, and external partners to improve access and relationships.
• Lead, coach, and retain a diverse team skilled in healthcare and account management.
• Influence internal and external stakeholders to achieve customer-centric results within Credo guidelines.
• Set account goals and oversee account metrics and business performance.
