Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine is recruiting a Regional Business Director, Immunology Gastroenterology to lead a field-based team across the Southeast. The role supports J&J Innovative Medicine Gastroenterology accounts with regional scope and requires close collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and Access partners.

You will coach District Managers and Sales Specialists, develop aligned business plans, set account goals, and drive compliant, market-access oriented growth while advancing

Formación

• Seven or more years of related experience with cross-functional roles in sales, marketing, analytics or business development.
• Direct people management and leadership experience.
• Ability to lead, coach and engage high performing, diverse teams.
• Proven commercial capabilities and success in prior commercial roles.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop a team of District Managers and Sales Specialists across Immunology Gastroenterology accounts.
• Develop and execute an aligned business plan delivering compliant growth and sales objectives.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Access/Payer and Learning Excellence to optimize access and relationships.
• Coach and retain a diverse team, building necessary business competencies.
• Influence internal and external stakeholders to align on customer-centric outcomes.
• Set account goals and oversee metrics and performance.
