Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine is seeking a Regional Business Director for Immunology Gastroenterology (Southeast) to lead a field-based team across GI accounts and interface with cross-disciplinary partners. This role drives strategic execution and accountable leadership in a dynamic healthcare market.

The position emphasizes coaching, developing high-performing teams, and delivering compliant, competitive growth while aligning with brand strategies and customer needs.

Qualifications

• Seven (7) years of related experience in key commercial roles (Sales, Marketing, Strategic Marketing, Access/Payer, Analytics or Business Development).
• Prior direct people management / leadership experience.
• Ability to lead, develop, coach, and engage high performing, diverse teams.
• Demonstrated commercial capabilities and success in prior commercial roles.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team to maximize sales opportunities and secure resources for growth.
• Develop and execute an aligned regional business plan delivering compliant, competitive product sales growth.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to optimize access and relationships across accounts.
• Coach and develop District Managers and Sales Specialists on leadership and business competencies.
• Influence stakeholders and uphold the J&J Credo and HCC guidelines to achieve outcomes.
• Set account goals and oversee account metrics and performance.
