This field-based leadership role will manage District Managers and Gastroenterology Sales Specialists across J&J Innovative Medicine accounts, interfacing with cross-disciplinary stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Seven or more years in related roles with five or more years in cross-functional commercial activities.
• Direct people management experience leading diverse teams.
• Proven ability to develop and execute strategic business plans.
• Strong commercial track record in pharma or healthcare sales/marketing.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a diverse team of District Managers and Sales Specialists across the Southeast.
• Develop and implement an aligned regional business plan delivering compliant growth.
• Collaborate with Sales Leadership, Marketing and external stakeholders to optimize access.
• Coach teams to drive results while upholding the J&J Credo and guidelines.
• Set account goals and oversee metrics and overall business performance.
