Job summary

Caterpillar is seeking a Global Manager for Performance & Value Intelligence to lead the global analytics and value realization framework across mining and industrial tech. You will shape the operating model, drive value baselines, and oversee performance monitoring with cross-functional and regional teams.

The role requires leading global centres of excellence, building capability, and delivering executive-level insights to improve customer outcomes and profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, Data/Analytics, or related field.
• Advanced experience leading value engineering and analytics for mining/industrial tech.
• Experience with MineStar or similar mining technology.
• Global leadership across regions and centers of excellence.
• Experience with safety and production monitoring governance.

Responsibilities

• Own global Performance & Value Intelligence operating model.
• Define value baselines and business cases through value engineering and benchmarking.
• Lead the performance intelligence framework, standard reports, and gap analysis.
• Oversee performance monitoring capabilities and on-site support.
• Lead, coach, and develop managers across value engineering and analytics.
• Represent Performance & Value Intelligence in executive forums and customer engagements.
