FirstService Residential is seeking a Regional Director of Community Management in Destin, Florida. This senior role oversees performance, operations, and strategic direction for a book of community associations, aligning outcomes with corporate goals and driving operational excellence.

You will lead community managers, manage budgets, and foster a customer-service culture across communities while maintaining regulatory compliance and reporting.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience overseeing multiple teams in a service/operations setting.
• Strong financial oversight with ability to read not-for-profit financial statements and budgets.
• Demonstrated ability to develop high-performing leaders and foster engagement across a portfolio.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and standard business software.

Responsabilités

• Direct daily operations of multiple community management teams within the region.
• Develop and monitor regional budgets and analyze financial reports.
• Inspire, mentor, and support community managers and staff; foster accountability and high performance.
• Create and implement strategic plans to meet business objectives and drive regional growth.
• Build and maintain relationships with residents, boards, vendors, and internal partners.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws and company policies.
