Job summary

Trinity Health is seeking a Manager, Regional, Colleague & Labor Relations to lead labor relations strategy across regional ministries. You will supervise CLR teams, align local and system-wide policies, and work with HRBPs & CHROs to drive compliant, people-centered labor initiatives.

The role emphasizes contract administration, policy standardization and stakeholder collaboration to support Trinity Health’s mission and financial goals in a complex healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR Management, Business Administration, Labor & Industrial Relations or related field.
• Five (5) years of progressive colleague & labor relations experience, including collective bargaining & program development; or an equivalent combination of education & experience.
• Previous people management or team leadership experience

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance and leadership to regional HR staff and ministry leaders.
• Standardize system-wide colleague & labor relations policies and programs.
• Oversee labor contract administration, including CBAs, MOUs, and arbitration management.
• Triangulate strategy with ministry HRBPs and CHROs to support priorities.
• Ensure compliant handling of discipline cases and case management.
• Coordinate with COE leadership to align local projects with system-wide policies.
