Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide expert colleague relations guidance and solutions to manage high-risk investigations.
• Coach managers on performance, discipline, and conflict resolution within Just Culture framework.
• Collaborate with HRBPs, COE, and leadership to monitor programs and mitigate risk.
• Investigate and respond to complex colleague complaints with objective recommendations.
