Trinity Health seeks an experienced leader to direct regional colleague and labor relations, aligning strategy with enterprise priorities and ensuring compliant, equitable handling of bargaining agreements across ministries.

You will partner with HRBPs, regional leaders and COE teams to standardize processes, oversee contract negotiations, and drive performance metrics while maintaining a strong focus on the organization's mission and values.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in HR Management, Business Administration, Labor & Industrial Relations or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive labor relations experience including collective bargaining & program development.
• Experience in a health system/healthcare environment is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead system-wide colleague & labor relations strategy & governance.
• Coordinate with HRBPs & ministry leadership to implement CLR plans.
• Oversee CBAs, MOUs/LOUs, and arbitration processes; respond to NLRB charges as needed.
