Job summary

Trinity Health seeks a Senior HR Partner – Colleague & Labor Relations to deliver expert CLR guidance to Regional Health Ministry leadership and managers, promoting a fair and collaborative work environment.

In collaboration with management, HRBPs and CLR leadership, you will investigate complex issues, coach on performance, participate in labor negotiations, and ensure compliant handling of grievances for both union and non-union staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least five years of experience in colleague & labor relations.
• Experience handling collective bargaining and grievances.
• Knowledge of labor laws and compliance in healthcare settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide CLR guidance to Regional Health Ministry leadership and managers.
• Lead investigations and respond to internal/external complaints.
• Counsel colleagues on performance, discipline, and accommodations as needed.
• Assist in contract negotiations and interpretation of CBAs with union/non-union staff.
