Trinity Health in the United States seeks a strategic leader to manage system-wide colleague relations programs within the Regional Health Ministries. You will align policies, mentor HRBPs, and drive investigations and data-driven improvements across the region.

The role requires experience in high-risk investigations, change management, and cross-functional collaboration, with a focus on compliant, ethical operations and patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HRM, Business Administration, Labor and Industrial Relations, or related field, with 5 years of progressive colleague relations experience.
• Experience conducting high-risk, sensitive investigations and formal dispute resolution.
• Previous people management or team leadership experience required.
• Master's degree and health-care experience preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement colleague relations strategies across a large organization.

Responsabilités

• Oversees daily functions of Colleague Relations Partners in the region, providing mentoring and coaching.
• Ensures implementation of Trinity Health's colleague relations strategy and standardization.
• Collaborates with COE leadership, HRBPs, and leadership on investigations and trends.
• Partners to develop ministry-based colleague relations programs and initiatives.
• Manages protocols for addressing diversion and fitness for duty for colleagues and contractors.
• Maintains knowledge of applicable laws, policies, and compliance requirements.
