Job summary
Roche in Indianapolis seeks a North America Functional Lead for Quote Management who will own end-to-end business analysis and IT initiatives across the region. You will drive Q2C initiatives and diagnostics launches, translating complex requirements into strategic implementation plans and leading regional rollouts.
The role requires proactive leadership, independent decision making, and strong collaboration with global teams.
Qualifications
- Ownership of complex initiatives with independent strategic decisions.
- 5+ years in BA/Functional Consultant in enterprise IT, CPQ/Q2C domains.
- Bachelor's or advanced degree in IT/Business/CS.
- Hands-on with Conga CPQ and Salesforce; SAP SD/CRM or Apttus a plus.
- Familiarity with Jira and SAP S/4HANA; strong cross-functional collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Act as primary Quote Management IT representative and trusted advisor.
- Partner with IT and business leads on strategic prioritization.
- Translate complex requirements into actionable user stories.
- Lead regional rollouts and localization of configurations.
- Define acceptance criteria and coordinate UAT.
- Support change management with training content and documentation.
