Job summary

SRG is seeking a C&Q Lead / Project Manager for a pharmaceutical utilities and process engineering project in Indianapolis, IN. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring field presence and coordination across multiple workstreams to ensure safe, compliant, and timely project delivery.

Ideal candidates will have 12+ years in pharma, with 5+ years in engineering management, strong P&ID competency, and proven ability to negotiate with vendors and cross-functional teams in a field environment.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree (Mechanical or Electrical preferred).
• 12+ years in pharmaceutical industry (15+ preferred).
• 5+ years as an engineering manager or higher.
• Deep SME knowledge of pharmaceutical utilities and process engineering.
• High-level P&ID knowledge.
• Strong organizational skills for multiple workstreams.
• Leadership-level vendor and cross-functional negotiations.
• Physical readiness for field conditions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the C&Q team's workload to completion, driving execution.
• Create documentation and perform system walkdowns in the field.
• Serve as the SME for pharmaceutical utilities and process engineering.
• Apply high-level P&ID knowledge to support system verification and field decisions.
• Represent the team in leadership discussions and lead negotiations with vendors and cross-functional teams.
