Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in SCM, Logistics, or related field, with 7+ years of experience.
• At least 5 years of people leadership experience.
• Strong stakeholder management and team-building capabilities.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a team of 6 global product planners and set strategic direction.
• Translate market signals into synchronized manufacturing plans with sites worldwide.
• Lead divisional S&OP processes to align long-term volume.
• Oversee bottleneck resolution during supply disruptions to maintain continuity.
• Partner with lifecycle teams, procurement, and leaders to manage launches and changes.
• Define global inventory targets and safety stock across international hubs.
