Job summary

The role emphasizes governance, change leadership, and collaboration with Global Operations & Digital Solutions to enable scalable, data-driven learning in a diverse, global team. Travel ~15% is expected.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to act as a strategic partner for senior leaders, translating regional business needs into impactful learning, leadership and culture solutions.
• Strong expertise in learning strategy, leadership development, capability building and culture transformation.
• Excellent facilitation, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Analytical, data-informed mindset with a focus on impact and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead North America CoE strategy and governance for learning and leadership.
• Translate regional needs into integrated learning, leadership and culture solutions.
• Own regional rollout of CoE offers and events, ensuring adoption and impact in NA.
• Collaborate with Global Operations & Digital Solutions to enable scalable, data-driven programs.
• Manage regional and external partners to ensure high-quality delivery aligned with CoE standards.
