Job summary

Nscale is seeking a seasoned People Enablement leader to own the full North America portfolio, including performance, onboarding, leadership, and manager engagement. You will adapt global programs for the US, partnering with regional leadership to ensure relevance and impact.

You’ll work with executives to align initiatives with business goals, travel internationally, and operate as a senior IC in a fast-moving environment. Expect evolving responsibilities and close collaboration with UK HQ.

Qualifications

• 15+ years across talent, people, or related fields.
• Experience building and managing global People Enablement programs.
• Ability to influence executives and push back when needed.
• Fluency with technology and AI.
• Willingness to travel internationally and work across global time zones.

Responsibilities

• Own the full People Enablement portfolio for North America.
• Adapt HQ programs to fit US regional needs.
• Represent the function with senior stakeholders and at leadership offsites.
• Define success metrics and report on them for the region.
• Move between global build and local execution as required.
