thyssenkrupp Materials NA is seeking a Learning & Talent Intern to support day-to-day operations of the Learning & Talent team. This role provides administrative and operational support to enable leadership development programs, learning experiences, and talent initiatives across the organization.

You will assist with inbox management, virtual session support, and event logistics while engaging in Talent Management projects.

Qualificações

• Pursuing bachelor’s or master’s degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, HR, Business, Organizational Leadership, Communications, Education, or related field.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable learning new technology and troubleshooting basic technical issues.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work independently, take direction, and collaborate effectively as part of a team.
• Demonstrates professionalism, sound judgment, and discretion when handling confidential information.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor and manage the Learning & Talent team inbox; route inquiries promptly.
• Provide technical and administrative support for virtual learning sessions, including attendance and polls.
• Prepare participant materials, communications, resources, and training supplies.
• Support in-person event logistics: room setup, registration, catering, materials, participant experience.
• Provide general administrative support: scheduling, trackers, files, data entry.
• Support Talent Management initiatives: High Potential Program, performance management, succession planning.
• Participate in team meetings and suggest process improvements.
• Identify opportunities to streamline administrative work and improve efficiency.
• Own assigned tasks and ensure timely, accurate completion.
