Job summary

Fresh Food Concepts, LLC seeks a Regional Manager to oversee operations, sales, and distribution of cut produce kiosks across a defined region. You will ensure franchisees meet brand standards, drive efficiency, and hit sales targets while coordinating with franchisees, host locations, and supply chain teams.

Responsibilities include leading hiring and training for regional roles, conducting store visits, and reporting to the Director of Franchisee Operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience.
• Candidates should possess ServSafe Manager Certification upon joining or acquire it within an agreed timeframe post-hiring.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations, sales, and distribution across region for kiosk-based fresh produce.
• Manage franchisee relationships, provide guidance, and ensure brand standards and safety audits.
• Develop and implement strategies to boost regional sales and improve operational efficiency.
• Recruit, train, and supervise regional managers and field supervisors; organize schedules and evaluations.
