Capital One is seeking an experienced Senior Manager, Senior Counsel to lead the Global Payment Network legal strategy for the Latin America, the Caribbean, and Canada regions. You will guide commercial contracting, advise on risk, and partner with business teams to drive growth across LACC in a hybrid work model.

The role requires JD, active bar membership, and 6+ years in law firms, government, or in-house, with bilingual English/Spanish preferred. Competitive salary and incentives offered.

Formación

• JD from an accredited law school.
• Active bar membership in good standing.
• 6+ years' attorney experience in law firm, government, military JAG, or in-house.

Responsabilidades

• Provide expert counsel on commercial contracting and risk identification.
• Negotiate, draft, and implement commercial agreements with cross-functional teams.
• Support credit, fintech, and payment-innovation initiatives across the LACC region.
• Develop and maintain products, rules, contracts, and network ecosystem; improve contract templates.
